. . .Under a star lite sky, seemingly more stars than usual, th faint cry of a new born baby was heard. . .

The men hurried to the stable, for this is where they were told to look for a king!  A baby in a stable?  Sheep maybe or even a cow, but a baby who was suppose to be a king?!  This they had to see.

He looked like any other baby, small and "wrinkly"; but something  was different about this baby.  Was he really sent from heaven, was he really the son of God?  Only time would tell.  These simlple men, sheep herders by trade, know that this was no ordinary child . . .

. . . "And after being baptized, Jesus went up immediately from the water; and behold, the heavens were opened, and he saw the Spirit of God descending as a dove, and coming upon him, and behold, a voice out of heaven, saying, 'This is My beloved son, in whom I Am well-pleased.'"  (Matt 3:16-17)
